What it is
Helicopter landings run near Anchorage, Seward, Juneau, and Skagway. Some are paired with dog teams. The flight is the product: crevasses, blue meltwater, and a landing the size of a parking pad. It is expensive for the minutes you get, and people still rank it first. Weather cancels it more often than the brochure admits.
Before you go
Combine it with something else only if the operator does. Do not plan a tight same-day flight home.
